Autumn in New York is a very sad movie
The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are back on the road again this week as they travel to New York City to take on the Navy Midshipmen inside MetLife Stadium. There is a little bit more of a spicy taste to the game this year, as Navy is 6-0 and is the #24 team in the country.
It’s remarkable — really. While Navy’s schedule to this point is still questionable, they have beat the crap out of most of their opponents. It makes Saturday’s NOONER in New York (write that down) a lot more interesting.
Speaking of interesting… there is nothing all that interesting about the weather for the game this week. We’ve had remarkable weather this fall in the Midwest, and it looks like the weather has followed the Irish to MetLife Stadium.
Notre Dame and Navy will be playing under mostly sunny skies with a high of 64 degrees.
Sounds gorgeous.
