Talk about the Saturday games here.
There’s a Saturday doubleheader for NFL fans to get into today with AFC playoff ramifications. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the football fun! This open thread will be here all afternoon and night for you, but remember that all our open threads are rated WCG-MA.
Here’s the schedule, all times Central:
Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens, 3:30 p.m. on ESPN/ABC
Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers, 7:00 p.m. on ESPN/ABC
Both Baltimore and Pittsburgh have punched their playoff ticket, but seeding is still up for grabs.
The Ravens can clinch the AFC North division title and the number three seed with a win or tie, or if the Steelers lose or tie in the night game.
If the Ravens lose, then the Steelers can clinch the AFC North and three seed if they beat the Bengals.
The Bengals are still alive for a wildcard spot, but they need some help. They need to win, and then also for the Broncos to lose and the Dolphins to lose or tie on Sunday.
Our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook have the Ravens favored by 17.5 points and the Bengals favored by 1.5 points.
I like both favorites in this one. I can see the Ravens obliterating the Browns and then the Steelers, with the division no longer up for grabs, coasting in the second half with backups to protect some players from injury.
