Week 12 was covered with major games and performances across the country. Here are some players who are week 12’s Offensive NFL Draft Risers because of their games this week.
Elite RB Tandem Crowned With Other Week 12’s Offensive NFL Draft Risers
WR Elijah Badger, Florida
The Arizona State transfer had his best game as a Florida Gator this weekend in their upset win over #22 LSU. Badger hauled six grabs for 131 yards and snagged a tough 50/50 ball for the team’s opening touchdown. His growing connection with true freshman QB DJ Lagway was on full display as they tore apart a struggling Tigers defense. He also flashed a nice 36-yard reception to set the Gators up at the one-yard line for their game-clinching TD.
Badger took advantage of multiple experienced cornerbacks and showed his ability to separate vertically and win at catch point. Both of those aspects of his game were rarely seen before 2024. He had pre-established proficiency as a YAC producer with the Sun Devils the previous two seasons and is showing signs of a much more complete skill set. The upward trajectory of the UF offense under Lagway has seen Badger become a larger focal point, which could result in a boom to his draft stock.
Potential Team Fit: New York Giants
RB Jo’Quavious “Woody” Marks, USC
Woody Marks passed the 1,000-yard mark for the first time in his career with 146 yards on the ground against Nebraska in USC’s 28-20 win. He averaged a whopping 7.7 yards per carry and tacked on another 36 yards through the air. The fifth-year senior is turning in a strong final collegiate season with multiple career highs.
He’s elevated himself from a likely gadget back at the NFL level to a potential starter in about two months. He showcases elite burst and a knack for impacting the game through the air. Marks has a few games left in the season to max out his on-field boost to his draft stock. His game against the Cornhuskers was incredible and a major stepping stone in doing so.
Potential Team Fit: Denver Broncos
RB Omarion Hampton, North Carolina
One year removed from a 1,500-yard season, Hampton has already worked his way up to 1,422 yards and into NFL Draft talks. The Tar Heels’ star RB put up a staggering 244 yards on 35 carries against Wake Forest and looked like everything scouts dream of as a bell-cow back. He left the Demon Deacons’ defense with zero answers in their 31-24 victory and was about as dominant as you can possibly be.
Hampton projects as an early Day 2 pick in this year’s draft and many have started talking about him sneaking into the first. His ability to manage a massive workload and improve as the season progresses is impressive. Ashton Jeanty has maintained a chokehold over most of the media coverage, but Hampton is certainly deserving as well.
Potential Team Fit: Dallas Cowboys
OL Armand Membou, Missouri
In a game against arguably the best defensive line rotation in college football, Armand Membou was spectacular. He matched up against freshman sensation Dylan Stewart and kept him in check all night. His anchor flashed on numerous plays and simply stonewalled any attempts by Missouri defenders to get by him.
Membou is a surefire Top-2 rounds selection and could play himself into being picked a lot higher than that. He was erasing many pass-rush moves and kept Brady Cook’s pocket consistently spotless. However, with tons of players sitting around that late first-to-early second range, he could jump to Day 1 with ease.
