The Chicago Bears slugged it out in a Thursday Night Football defensive battle in Week 10, with Chicago grinding out the 16-13 win over the Carolina Panthers. And let me be the first to tell you, it wasn’t a particularly exciting matchup. Only two touchdowns were scored all game, and both teams demonstrated what “elite” football looks like by missing tackles, overthrowing passes, and going three-and-out on several drives.
Still, a win is a win, and the Bears get the added bonus of pushing the Panthers further down the standings, which only bodes well for Chicago’s first-round draft pick that they acquired from Carolina.
