Talk about the TNF game here!
We’ve had a few decent Thursday Night Football games this season, but tonight’s Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns matchup does not seem like it’ll be one. On paper, the (8-2) Steelers should have the edge over the (2-8) Browns, but then again, this is a divisional game, and the AFC North games are often slobber knockers. The Browns lost by seven to the Bengals in week 7, and they beat the Ravens by five the following week.
So, I guess you could throw the records out, but I’m not buying a tough divisional battle tonight. The Steelers are the better team, and the Browns were just blown out in back-to-back games.
The most recent line from our partners at FanDuel Sportsbook has Pittsburgh as a 3.5-point favorite, but I don’t see it that close. Cleveland’s defense is having a down year, and teams have been able to run the ball on them. The Steelers will pound the rock with Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren, while the Russell Wilson to George Pickens connection has been clicking.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:15 Central on Amazon Prime Video, and you can discuss it with us in this open thread.
Who do you like in tonight’s game?
