Roster Moves: Bears activate Martin, Homer off IR; elevate Moore to active roster

Ahead of Sunday’s game against the Commanders in Washington, the Bears on Saturday activated defensive end Jacob Martin and running back Travis Homer off injured reserve, and elevated safety Tarvarius Moore to the active roster.
