The Chicago Bears have a decent roster and will only get better as general manager Ryan Poles continue to build this team. The problem is that if their quarterback play doesn’t improve over the next few seasons, they won’t be a Super Bowl-caliber team.
The NFC North was dominated by Aaron Rodgers for a very long time in terms of quarterbacks. Matthew Stafford and Jay Cutler had a few moments during that time, but it has mostly been bad for the division as a whole.
