Malik Nabers cmae into the NFL as a rookie and put on a show. For a team like the New York Giants, he was one of the few bright spots in 2024. The hope now is they will be smart enough to build around him. Let’s dive into Malik Nabers’ dynasty outlook for 2025 and beyond.
Malik Nabers: Giants Wide Receiver Dynasty Outlook
Current Performance
Nabers finished the 2024 season with 109 receptions for 1,204 yards and seven touchdown receptions. Putting up those numbers as a rookie is difficult as it is. Doing so with the combination of Daniel Jones, Drew Lock, Tommy DeVito and Tim Boyle as your quarterbacks just shows how much talent he brings to the table.
In fantasy, Nabers finished the 2024 season with 164.6 points in standard leagues (11.6 per game). That saw him end the season as the WR8 and secure his first top-10 finish among wide receivers. For PPR leagues, he jumped up to 273.6 fantasy points (18.2 per game). He was the WR6 in PPR behind elites like Ja’Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson along with fellow rookie Brian Thomas Jr.
Finishing as a top 10 receiver in both formats is hard to do as a rookie. The question now becomes whether or not he can repeat it in 2025.
Malik Nabers Dynasty Price
KeepTradeCut lists Nabers as the WR3 and seventh player overall among its dynasty options. Chase and Jefferson are the only two players listed above him with high-end receivers like Amon-Ra St. Brown and CeeDee Lamb below him. His dynasty value is simply unmatched, and he’s well on his way to being the most valuable dynasty receiver.
Fantasycalc provides a list of all trades involving Nabers… and good luck trying to acquire him. The minimum price for Nabers right now is sitting at two first rounders or a first rounder and an elite receiver like St. Brown or Terry McLaurin. Even as recent as Monday, Nabers was traded for three first rounders. However, there’s no guarantee any of those picks could land a player with his talent.
Finding someone who is willing to cough up Nabers is unlikely, but be prepared to sell the farm if you do.
Malik Nabers’ 2025 Projections
The Giants know they can’t screw up the quarterback situation again. With another early draft pick, it’s almost a guarantee they will draft either Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward. Nabers owners can have some hope going into 2025.
Everyone is worried about the sophomore slump for Nabers, but the likeliness of it happening is low. He’s simply too talented for that to happen as the WR1 for the Giants. His yardage and receptions may dip down slightly in 2025. However, his touchdown numbers should increase with an upgrade at quarterback.
What to do With Malik Nabers in Dynasty Leagues
The only way this is even a debate is if you can get several high-end players back for Nabers, or you’re confident in your ability to draft elite rookies. Those are the only two scenarios where you consider moving him. If you choose to lock him into your lineup and throw away the key, that’s totally understandable as well.
