We got the inside scoop on the Packers from Peter Bukowski from Locked on Packers and The Leap.
On her latest Making Monsters podcast, Taylor Doll talked with one of the most notorious Green Bay Packers media members, Peter Bukowski from Locked on Packers and The Leap. Peter has made a name for himself on social media by trolling Chicago Bears fans, but every time he’s been a guest on one of our podcasts, he brings some good and spirited discussion.
Like many Bears fans, Bukowski sees what the Bears did by changing offensive coordinators as Matt Eberflus looking for a scapegoat.
“I’m surprised the Bears did it, but I’m not surprised as this is a CYA move all the way,” Bukowski said on the pod. “This is Matt Eberflus saying, ‘Please don’t blame me for the problems that are going on here,’ even though we know he is partially to blame.”
However, he does think Chicago has a pretty good defense.
“Now, the defense is good, so that’s part of it. It does seem like Eberflus is one of those 4A defensive coordinators. I think he is a very good defensive coach. They play with a lot of discipline. I think Ryan Poles has done a very good job of getting players in there even though I think he kind of overspent at linebacker, and Eberflus is doing a better job than the previous coaches have at getting this defense to be Bears-level defense.”
They go in on plenty of game preview topics, including Green Bay’s o-line, their secondary, and what to expect from Jordan Love and the receiving corps.
