The Chicago Bears kicked off the final phase of their offseason program with mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, where they conducted the first of three practices this week, which are open to the media.
There were plenty of storylines that came out of Tuesday’s practice, where the offense had its ups and downs, the defense dominated during the two-minute drill, rookie quarterback Caleb Williams got to throw to his full arsenal of weapons, a late-round rookie impressed and Chicago had perfect attendance.
