CHICAGO — The Chicago Bulls announced their 2024-25 regular season schedule Thursday, alongside the team’s nationally televised broadcast schedule.

Chicago begins the season with a two-game road trip, opening the campaign against the New Orleans Pelicans and their newly formed trio of Zion Williamson, Brandon Ingram and Dejounte Murray on Oct. 23, before suiting up against Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks at the Fiserv Forum on Oct. 25.
The Bulls then return to Chicago for their home opener versus the Oklahoma City Thunder on Oct. 26 – marking their first of 13 back-to-backs in 2024-25 and the return of former Bull Alex Caruso.
Chicago’s home game highlights during the 2024-25 schedule include a matchup with the Minnesota Timberwolves and the duo of Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns on Nov. 7, along with a Bulls Cup Night, versus the reigning NBA Champion Boston Celtics as part of the in-season Emirates NBA Cup on Nov. 29.
December’s home contests feature a game against Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, newcomer Paul George and the Philadelphia 76ers on Dec. 8, another visit from Boston on Dec. 21 and two duels with the Bucks on Dec. 23 and Dec. 28.
Chicago ushers in the New Year at the United Center on Jan. 4, hosting Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks, alongside a Jan. 6 bout versus 2023 No. 1 overall pick Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs.
On Jan. 12, Chicago welcomes back DeMar DeRozan as the Bulls take on the Sacramento Kings in the midst of a five-game home stretch between Jan. 10 and Jan. 17.
Chicago will close the month of January with another matchup with Philadelphia on Jan. 25 and a contest against reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets on Jan. 27.
The Miami Heat come to town on Feb. 4 for a rematch of last season’s NBA Play-In finale, while sharpshooter Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors visit the Madhouse on Madison on Feb. 8.
Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns arrive for a Feb. 22 matchup with Chicago, followed by consecutive home games versus LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers on Mar. 27 and the Dallas Mavericks – featuring Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving and recently acquired Klay Thompson – On Mar. 29.
Chicago’s 2024-25 road slate features three road trips of at least three games, which includes two West Coast swings – Starting with a three-game away stint against the Portland Trail Blazers (Jan. 19), the L.A. Clippers (Jan. 21) and the Golden State Warriors (Jan. 23).
Chicago’s second West Coast expedition presents a six-game road trip in March with matchups at the Houston Rockets (Mar. 15), Utah Jazz (Mar. 17), Phoenix Suns (Mar. 19), Sacramento Kings (Mar. 20), L.A. Lakers (Mar. 22) and the Denver Nuggets (Mar. 24).
Chicago’s road game at Cleveland on Nov. 15 marks the first of four Emirates NBA Cup 2024 pool games for the Bulls. Chicago, along with Atlanta, Boston, Cleveland and Washington comprise East Group C – one of six pool groupings across the NBA.
The Bulls host their second Group Play game at home versus Atlanta on Nov. 22, while splitting the last two Group Play games on the road at Washington on Nov. 26 and back at the United Center versus Boston on Nov. 29.
Following Group Play, eight teams will advance to the Knockout Rounds, which consists of single-elimination games in the Quarterfinals in team markets. The Semifinals and Championship will take place in Las Vegas on Dec. 14 and Dec. 17, respectively.
The two remaining games of the schedule, for teams that don’t advance to the Knockout Rounds, will be released following the conclusion of the pool games and the NBA Cup Quarterfinals.
The Bulls are slated to play five nationally televised games during the 2024-25 campaign. Two of these contests will be aired on ESPN: at Milwaukee on Nov. 20 and a home contest versus Charlotte on Jan. 17.
The remaining three national games will broadcast on NBA TV, featuring homes games versus Minnesota (Nov. 7) and Memphis (Nov. 23), and one road contest at Charlotte (Apr. 6).
The Bulls local broadcast schedule will be released at a later date.
