CHICAGO – Tuesday night’s game between the Chicago White Sox and the Texas Rangers at Guaranteed Rate Field has been suspended in the first inning due to rain.
The White Sox announced the game will resume Wednesday as part of a straight doubleheader starting at 4:10 p.m. Central Time, while the second game will start around 30-45 minutes after the first game, but no earlier than 7:10 p.m.
Parking lots and stadium gates will open at 3:10 p.m.
Fans with tickets, parking and passes to the Huntington Bank Stadium Club for Wednesday’s originally scheduled 7:10 p.m. game may attend both games of the doubleheader. Season ticket holders, individual suite holders and patio ticket holders will receive a credit to their account for game tickets and parking for Tuesday’s suspended game.
Refunds for all other purchases, such as Ticketmaster, SeatGeek and Stubhub, should be initiated at the point of purchase.
