It’s a Camelback Ranch showdown!
Happy Sunday! Today will be a Camelback Ranch showdown with the best of the best … against the worst of the worst. The Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox will face off this afternoon. Davis Martin will be on the bump, against a split-squad Dodgers team, who will have Tyler Glasnow on the bump against the South Siders. Watch out, Tyler, the Good Guys had an 18-run performance yesterday.
Glasnow will be a part of the Dodgers star-studded starting pitching lineup — that is, if he stays healthy. This will be his second season of his five-year Dodgers contract. Martin might be the ace of this White Sox team, because who knows what this roster will shake out as. Either way, this will be Martin’s second appearance this spring, having already pitched two scoreless innings with two strikeouts. Although he went winless last year with an 0-5 record, he’s bound to get a win at some point. He will have to face a lineup including Shohei Ohtani, Freddie Freeman, Max Muncy and others in the juggernaut.
