Plus, a bonus question!
Here are the demographic surveys I promised you in yesterday’s survey article but… well, I had intended to do that, but never finished up. Thus, you get a full separate article!
The last one of these on this site was a bit more than a year ago, and I’m posing basically the same questions I did at that time.
Here’s how this will work, basically the same as last year.
First, where you are from, and second, your age (within ranges). The first is interesting because Cubs fans might be spread farther away from the team’s home area than most fans due to the decades-long reach of WGN-TV. I know we’ve got readers here from the UK and Europe (I met some of you in London in 2023!) and I’d like to know where everyone else is from.
Second, most websites of this type tend to skew to younger readers. BCB is different, and I think that’s largely because I’m older than most folks who write blogs like this. That tends to attract similar people, I think.
Lastly, we are all here because we are Cubs fans. But many of you — I’d say probably most — likely have a second team you like and root for when they’re not playing the Cubs. I’m curious as to which team is the “second favorite” of most BCB readers.
Please answer honestly. This data is just for BCB use, and to share with you, and won’t be shared with anyone else. NOTE! If you are reading this via Apple News, you will have to go to a desktop browser to vote in the polls here. The polls will be open, as in Monday’s article, for 72 hours, so until 9 a.m. CT on Friday.
