Chicago is adding a tight end. The Bears are signing Stephen Carlson to a one-year deal, according to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport. The Bengals have found a new backup quarterback. Trevor Siemian has signed with Cincinnati, the QB told multiple reporters.
